Grab another metal block and use it to get on the lowered scale. Grab one of the metal blocks and place it on the inverted scale nearest to an unopened chest. Grab the key from the chest on the lowered scale and open the door with 3 metal blocks inside. Go to the other side to light an arrow on fire with one of the torches or simply use a fire arrow to burn the crate on the scale.
